Healing Harmonics
Feel the pulse of balance — sound is your guide back to stillness.
What is Healing Harmonics?
Healing Harmonics uses the power of specific frequencies, sound waves, and rhythm to affect the human nervous system and emotional state. Binaural beats, isochronic tones, and resonance therapy have been used to treat stress, anxiety, trauma, sleep issues, and more.
This page blends ancient wisdom with cutting-edge frequency design — offering you a space to realign, release, and return to center.

Why It Works
Research shows that certain frequencies can calm the amygdala, reduce anxiety, boost serotonin, and even stimulate regenerative brainwave patterns. The brain doesn’t just hear sound — it reacts to it physically and emotionally.
What are binaural beats? Binaural beats are a form of auditory brainwave entrainment. When you listen to two slightly different frequencies in each ear — say, 100 Hz in the left ear and 107 Hz in the right — your brain perceives the difference (in this case, 7 Hz) as a third “phantom” tone. That phantom frequency helps guide your brain into specific states: • 4–8 Hz = theta (relaxation, intuition) • 8–13 Hz = alpha (calm focus) • 13–30 Hz = beta (alertness) Binaural beats are best experienced with headphones and are used for meditation, healing, creativity, sleep, and emotional alignment.
What Frequency Helps with Sadness? Frequencies that help lift sadness tend to activate the heart center and emotional release pathways in the body. These are the most supported by users and sound therapy studies: • 528 Hz — Known as the “Love Frequency,” it’s associated with emotional repair and harmony. • 396 Hz — A deep, grounding frequency linked to releasing grief and fear. • 285 Hz — Helps soothe and regenerate emotional wounds at a cellular level. You can combine these with nature sounds (like rain or birdsong) for added emotional relief.
Can I Listen While Working? Yes — many of these tracks are designed for background integration. Stick with alpha (8–13 Hz) or low beta (14–18 Hz) frequencies for: • Calm concentration • Creative flow • Emotional regulation without distraction Avoid theta or delta (unless you’re trying to nap mid-shift 😴). Also, use nature + focus tone blends to stay grounded in high-stimulation environments — especially for city dwellers.
