  • How do I care for my limited edition apparel?
    To ensure the longevity of your limited edition apparel, we recommend washing it inside out in cold water, using a gentle cycle, and hanging it to dry. Avoid using bleach or harsh detergents.
  • Which carriers do you use?
    Depending on the item’s size and destination, we ship with USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. You’ll receive a tracking number the moment your package leaves our studio.

  • What if my package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged?
    Once a carrier marks a package delivered, Quantum Hive Studios cannot be held responsible for loss or theft. If your item arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours (include clear photos and your order number) and we’ll help make it right.
  • When will my order ship?
    We process all in-stock orders within 3–5 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may need extra time; if so, we’ll email you a revised timeline.
  • Do you ship internationally?
    Online checkout is limited to U.S. addresses right now, but we’re happy to arrange custom international shipments. Email return@quantumhivestudios.com with the item, your city, postal code, and preferred delivery speed, and we’ll send a quote.
  • How are shipping costs calculated?
    Checkout automatically calculates shipping based on the parcel’s weight, dimensions, and destination. Watch for periodic free-shipping promotions on our homepage and product pages.

  • How will my artwork be packaged?
    • Rolled pieces: acid-free glassine + protective tube.• Stretched/boxed pieces: double-wall art box with corner protectors and foam sheeting.• Museum-grade works: custom wood crate (additional fee).
  • Who pays customs duties and taxes?
    The recipient is responsible for any import duties, VAT/GST, or clearance fees charged by the destination country. On request we can ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) so all costs are settled up-front—just let us know.
  • Can I return an international order?
    Absolutely. Email us within 14 days of delivery for an RMA number. Return shipping and any import/export duties are the buyer’s responsibility unless the artwork arrived damaged or we made an error.
  • How long will delivery take?
    • Economy: 6-10 business days• Priority/Express: 3-5 business daysTransit times start once your artwork leaves our studio; we’ll email tracking as soon as it ships.
  • Do you ship outside the United States?
    Yes—although our online checkout is limited to U.S. addresses, we regularly arrange custom shipments worldwide. Simply email return@quantumhivestudios.com with the piece you’d like, your city + postal code, and we’ll reply with an exact quote.
  • Which carriers do you use?
    UPS, FedEx, DHL, and USPS Priority Mail International. We choose the safest and most economical service for fine art and will give you options.
  • Is the shipment insured?
    Yes. Every international shipment is insured for its full invoice value against loss or damage in transit.
  • What information do I need to provide for a quote?
    • Art title or SKU • Quantity • Delivery address (city, postal/ZIP code, country) • Preferred delivery timeframe (economy / express).With this we can calculate the dimensional weight, check carrier options, and send you a cost breakdown (shipping, insurance, applicable taxes/duties).
  • How much does Original Art international shipping cost?
    Rates vary by size, weight, and speed. As a rule of thumb:• Rolled canvas (tube) – from US $75-$150 to most regions.• Boxed, ready-to-hang art – US $250-$550 depending on size and carrier speed.We pass through our discounted carrier rates with no mark-up and always show the price before you commit.
